In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your product and would like to return it, this page will have all the information you could possibly need!
As a Gunda Hafner Ltd. customer, you are entitled to returns within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we don’t currently cover the return postage.
All returned products must be in their original condition, i.e. they must not be used or damaged in any way. For example, when trying on your newly purchased clothes, it is important that you are careful not to inflict damage or leave marks on the products.
When you order from us, each parcel comes with your very own Gunda Hafner Ltd. tote. If you choose to keep the tote, Gunda Hafner Ltd. will charge you a fee of 39 GBP, which corresponds to the tote’s value.
For a smooth and safe return of your purchase, please follow these steps:
1. Pack your order as it was received in its original box along with a completed return slip.
2. Use this delivery address:
Studio 2, 2, St. Philips Road
2. Paste the return label on top of the old address label.
3. Return your order by post within 14 days of the date of delivery.
If you do not have your return slip, please email our customer service (email@example.com).
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another one of our lovely products, please return the original purchase and place a new order for the alternative products. It is recommended that you return your purchase BEFORE you place a new order in our online store for the product you would like in exchange.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as on our customer support email (firstname.lastname@example.org) as soon as you can. We will try our best to make any changes.
